It is amazing that Yahoo could not tell me during our first conversation that they were having difficulties. The lack of communication between the tec operator and the server tecs should be resolved. A company as large as Yahoo should be the industry leader in customer service and support. Not, an ongoing internet joke in the forums. Issues like this is the reason a complete Microsoft overhaul of yahoo is needed. Now that the updating issues are resolved the transformations of the Homebizseo website will continue.
